Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 4-5 business days after the order has been processed. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, and other factors. Damaged or Missing Items:

To expedite the process, please provide clear photos of the damaged item, as well as photos of the packaging it arrived in. This will help us assess the situation and determine the best course of action.
